As a Chief Operating Officer, Renata works closely with the firm’s Partners helping them to assess business operations as well as develop and implement financial solutions that drive growth and increase efficiency.

Renata is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in complex project accounting environment gained through work in construction, mining, manufacturing, engineering, and business law industries. Throughout her career she has worked closely with senior leaders to increase brand recognition and profitability by building, leading, and motivating highly effective teams of professionals.

With an open-door policy, solid interpersonal and leadership skills, she is a great addition to the Eyford Management Team.

Doug joined the Squared Law team in February 2019 as the Financial Controller.  In this role, Doug helps provide timely and accurate financial reporting for the firm and supports business decision-making with financial insights, always with the goal of enhancing the experience of the firm’s clients.

Doug’s previous work experience helped shape his collaborative approach at work. Teamwork is a critical part of overcoming challenges and making the right decisions during complex situations.

Most of Doug’s personal time is dedicated to hanging out with his two grandsons, working on house renovation projects for his kids, and spending time at his family cottage in Killarney, Ontario.
