Grace Norbert

Grace Norbert is a member of the Corporate group, and she focuses her practice on business transactional matters and business litigation.

For more than 10 years, she has worked on matters involving commercial and real estate lending, and she has represented lending institutions and borrowers from negotiation through closing of financing transactions. Some highlights from her career include her involvement in the financing for the development of approximately 20 residential subdivisions, a matter worth $30 million, as well as completing the financing to support the operations of licensed health care facilities, which was valued at $5 million.

Due to her deep understanding of business transactions, Grace also often provides counsel to business owners on a variety of issues, including structuring and closing transactions, strategic planning, entity selection and formation, and general business advisory matters. Among these business matters, Grace devotes a portion of her practice to counseling clients on contract drafting, negotiation, interpretation, and mitigating risk. Her diversified experience across these areas provides her with significant insight into the issues, and solutions, businesses of all sizes face every day.

Grace earned her undergraduate degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, where she graduated with high distinction with concentrations in Marketing and Computer Information Systems. She then earned her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
