Josie J Santiago

Josie Santiago is a member of the Business Services group. She assists with distribution and franchising, mergers and acquisitions, and finance and venture capital matters.

Josie earned his Bachelors of Science in Justice Administration at the University of Louisville. She also earned his M.B.A from the University of Wyoming College of Business, where she received both Dean’s List and President’s List honors. Josie is a lawyer in the Firm’s Business Services Department. She assists with distribution and franchising, mergers and acquisitions, and finance and venture capital matters.

Additionally, Josie frequently advises public and private real estate investment trusts (REITs) on a wide range of tax, corporate, securities and real estate matters relating to the acquisition, development and leasing of real estate assets. She also has experience with the tax and corporate aspects of mergers and acquisitions, the formation of real estate investment funds, leveraged partnerships, joint ventures, limited liability companies and other pass-through entities.

While in law school, Josie served as a Student Government Association Board Member, and College of Law Ambassador. She participated in the Davis and Canon Moot Court Competition and the ABA Negotiations Competition.
